PAS (Power, Agility, and Speed) System



The PAS (Power, Agility, and Speed) System is dedicated to the development of 8 to 18 year old students which are looking for a sports-specific training regimen. Nationally Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists are ready to develop measurable and reachable goals for each individual that comes into the program. This program will enhance the athletic abilities of the youth around Sioux Falls.

The program will work on the athletes sports specific Power, Agility, and Speed on alternating Power and Speed days. Through this program the YMCA will promote another essential program that will develop the betterment of the youth. Scholarship money will be available for kids who cannot afford the program on their own. We will promote Christian Principles through this program by enhancing the abilities that God has given to these athletes.



Schedule

8 Week Sessions
Mondays and Thursdays

Times (Weekdays):
5:30am - 6:30am
6:30am - 7:30am
4:00pm - 5:00pm
5:00pm - 6:00pm

The athletes will participate in a speed day and a power day each week. Maximum of eight kids per session with Two Strength and Conditioning Specialists.

$250 for Y members and
$300 for non-members

Goals

  1. Improve times on Sport Specific Drills.
  2. Improve Vertical Jump by at least two inches.
  3. Improve 40 yard times by at least 0.1 second.

Grade 5 Soccer Referee through USSF (United States Soccer Federation)
