Registration after the 25th will have a $20 late fee applied.

NEW THIS YEAR!!
One Trained and Paid official with a YMCA/RBL gym supervisor will be assigned to each gym location. The home team listed will provide the second official for their current game. All discrepancies and or questions will be settled by the Supervisor. Officials calls are final. No Questions. Respect the Buildings. It is their building and it is OUR privilege to be in THEIR building.

Important date to add to your calendar: Kick-off Party will be December 15th at the Skyforce game, Athletes of Character will be there signing posters, we will have a balloon twister there with free balloon art/hats for the kids, and 200 free basketballs will be thrown out. No family will be turned away, free tickets available for anyone that needs them. More details to come!

Girls and Boys (RBL) Overview
HAVE FUN with your school friends in our recreation basketball program. Games are played one to two times per week. Every player is guaranteed two full quarters of play. Your child may participate in the YMCA recreation basketball program as well as in their school basketball program. Teams play on a Monday, Tuesday or a Thursday and are allowed to practice on Friday nights.
Girls Rec program has been extended to run from November thru March like the Boys program.
The Girls Round Robin Volleyball is now a separate program, which will still run on Saturday mornings.
Girls and Boys Games will be played on weeknights.
If you are a 5th to 8th grader who played in our program last year, please contact your coach to see if he/she plans to return this year. Click here for more information about how teams are determined.
At the conclusion of the basketball season, teams may register to participate in our annual Boys' Tri-State Tournament or Girls’ Tri-State Tournament.

Season Schedule
Team practices will begin the 3rd week of October; Games will begin mid-November continuing into March. Your team will compete against other schools from throughout the Sioux Empire. Basketball teams may register to participate for the annual Boys' Tri-State Tournament or Girls’ Tri-State Tournament.

Fee Includes Team Shirt. Financial assistance available, contact Program Director for more information.
Family Member: $65
Youth Member: $70
Non-Member: $135

How Teams For ALL Grades Are Determined
Kindergarten thru 8th grade: For those players who register by our deadline, teams are placed by the YMCA and every effort is made to include a child's participation with other children from their school.
4th - 8th grade: Basketball teams will be organizing for the 2009/2010 season with other students from their school.
Everyone: (Including youth with a family membership) must complete and return the program registration form.
On a team last year? Contact your coach to see if he/she plans to return this year.
Not on a team last year? You will be assigned to a team.
