Downtown YMCA

Group Exercise Classes

Become a YMCA member for life!  The personal friendships that members make while participating in group exercise classes are why so many never leave our program!  Our instructors are equally trained in both exercise instruction and building a supportive community within their class.

We continually update our class offerings to keep up with the latest trends while offering several traditional classes that our members enjoy.
