Women on Weights

“WoW” is an introductory 7-week class designed for women who are interested in learning how to use free weights and incorporate them into their workouts. This progressive program incorporates an educational component and hands-on instruction during each class session. Gain confidence in the weight room while you learn about the facts/myths of strength training and proper form. 

YMCA Members: $21      Non-Members: $49

BEGINNER LEVEL
Winter 1: Jan 11-Feb 22/ Wednesdays 11 am - 12 pm
Spring 1: Feb 1 10-Apr 12/
Wednesdays 11 am - 12 pm
Spring 2: Apr 19-May 31/ Wednesdays 11 am - 12 pm

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL
Winter 1: Jan 11-Feb 22/ Wednesdays 2 pm - 3 pm
Spring 1: Feb 1 10-Apr 12/ Wednesdays 2 pm - 3 pm

Spring 2: Apr 19-May 31/ Wednesdays 2 pm - 3 pm
