Senior Water Exercise
A water exercise class that allows you to choose what depth of water is right for you. Class uses resistance equipment to exercise with music. It combines aerobic and strength moves designed to improve your fitness level. No swim experience is necessary. All levels welcome. Schedules are available at the Welcome Center.
A class for those who have arthritis, recovery of joint replacement, or sore and achy muscles and joints. This class is great for individuals with orthopedic, arthritic or circulatory limitations. Class is held in our shallow Training Pool, temperature 90°.

Muscular Strength & Range of Motion
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, head to toe stretching, and complete relaxation in a comfortable position.
