Our personal trainers will help you; we will coach, motivate and inspire you to reach your health and wellness goals. At the Y, you will be part of a welcoming and nurturing environment where together we will achieve the results you have always wanted. One-to-One or small group coaching enables personal trainers to interact with members in creating a fitness program that meets your needs and offers direction, education, motivation and support every step of the way.

Individual Training

Gain more confidence with your exercises and workouts through individual attention from a personal trainer. Small Group Training

Have more support in your fitness journey by training with 2-5 of your closest friends. Group training gives you all the benefits of a personal trainer, but at fraction of the cost of a private trainer. Being held accountable by your peers as well as your trainer will give you that extra motivation to help you reach your health related goals.
