Adult Group Exercise Classes

The Sioux Falls Family YMCA has a new west-side location for group exercise!

The Youth Performance Center is now home to several morning adult group exercise classes, including Yoga Sculpt & PiYo!  These classes are FREE for YMCA members! 

We are excited to also feature a new Aerial Yoga class! Aerial Yoga are offered on Wednesday evenings. Registration is now open for this fee-based specialty class. Spots are limited so hurry and register today.

*Aerial Yoga (*Fee-Based):

Take flight in this class which combines an aerial experience and a full-body yoga work out where you will gain strength and flexibility.

Cardio Circuit

Interval training at its best! This class will build cardio endurance and strength training exercises using your own body weight along with gymnastics equipment and trampolines. All levels welcome!  
 

H.I.I.T.

(High Intensity Interval Training) In this class you will be doing cardio and strength moves with everything you’ve got. You will go all out for set timed intervals of work and rest within a circuit format. This class is for all levels whose goal is to lose weight, strengthen/sculpt your body or improve your general fitness.

 

PiYo

PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. We deliver a true fat-burning power segment that leaves your body looking long, lean and incredibly defined.

 

Yoga

Originally from India, yoga is a system of physical exercises and postures that build strength, flexibility and confidence. Yoga is also about breathing which helps calm and refresh the body and mind.
