Camp Financial Assistance Application

At the Y, no child, family or adult is turned away for an inability to pay for YMCA child care, youth programs or summer camp. We recognize that for a community to thrive, everyone should have the opportunity to be healthy, confident, connected, and secure. To provide these crucial funds, hundreds of volunteers generously raise over $400,000 annually through our Annual Support Campaign.  All funds are given locally and given to those in our community.    

 

In order to apply for Financial Aid, you will need to complete the online Financial Aid Application found below and also submit one of the following forms of income verification.  They can submitted via email to camp@siouxfallsymca.org or via mail/dropped off at 220 S. Minnesota Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57104.

  • Copy of your 2017/18 Tax Return
  • Copies of your last two pay stubs
  • Copy of letter of eligibility for Free or Reduced Lunch 

 

You will be notified by email as soon as action is taken on your application.  If approved, you will have 30 days from notification to submit your completed registration.  If you fail to respond, you will need to re-submit an application.  If accepted, you will be required to submit a $50 deposit with your completed Camp Registration Form. If applying for more than one camper, please fill out an online application for each camper.
